I have been a loyal Fitville customer for your walking / running shoes for many years and thought I would give these slip on shoes a go having been delighted with the quality and fit of my previous shoes.
Fitville customer service offered a £10 refund and suggest I took them to have them repaired, but they failed to undertake that the split had gone through and grudgingly replaced them with another pair, but after wearing them twice they s-lit again and their Customer service team refused a full refund but managed to barter them up to £25 from there original £10 offer, but still lost out by £8 and wouldn’t exchange the shoes for an alternative slip on shoe in my size and width.

I have bought several pairs of shoes sport/walking and casual. All have met my expectations of style and comfort,best all round shoes in a longtime.
Firstly, Fitville is a very responsive, helpful firm with which to deal.
The specific shoes are a very comfortable size 10 and a half whereas I usually need size 10. They are roomy around the toes and most convenient to put on and take off, which I have to do frequently in this muddy rural area. They suit my high instep which can often be a problem. The shoes look good aesthetically and appear to be robustly constructed. I am now wearing them a lot.
