RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return goods, please email us your order number and the reason for the return, we will check the quality of the shoes and update you the location of the warehouse. Our email address is: contact@thefitville.com
Return Fees
The customer will be responsible to send back the shoes to our warehouse for an exchange or a return. Due to the new relationship with the warehouse, FitVille charges £5 for each item that is being returned. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The shoes must also be in the original shoe box.
Cancellation
Cancellation is only possible before the product has been dispatched or produced. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive your refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
