1. Do these boots accommodate custom insoles?
Absolutely! Our shoes are designed to accommodate custom insoles. With a deep instep and adjustable Velcro straps, you can insert your own custom insoles with ease, giving you the flexibility to choose the support that's right for you.
But don't worry, we've also got you covered with our included insoles, made with high density cotton for breathability, sweat absorption, and odor resistance. They're designed to cushion and protect your joints, with a U-shaped heel structure to relieve pressure and discomfort. The surface of the insole is covered with velvet to maximize warmth and provide silky protection for your feet. This means you can enjoy comfort and support right out of the box!
2. Is there a break-in time?
Each pair of FitVille's diabetic shoes is designed for immediate comfort, with no break-in time required. The heels are cushioned with soft sponge padding, and the interior is lined with silky, smooth, and stretchable fabric for a gentle touch on the skin.

Good snow boots for a very good price.
Sadly missed the UK snow so not been able to test properly. The looks and quality of these are easily a match for the equivalent from The North Face and Sorel.
The description of the “fur lining” is a little misleading as the fur is approx 2 inches down the boot and tongue. Below that it’s spongy/velvet material - still nice and comfy.
As others have mentioned the sizes do run on the large side. I’m usually 12 and opted for 11.5. Lots of toe room which is great.
The one thing missing, which would make these 5* boots is gussets on the tongue. I suspect snow or water more than maybe 4 inches deep will probably get in.
Best boots out. They are a strong boot with great grip but feels like your wearing a fluffy slipper. They are so soft and comfortable, this should be everyone’s boot of choice.
Little tip drop down a size. I think with the great toe space it feel a little big so I drop down and they fit great now.
They are so comfortable warm as toast, they don't need wearing in, ideal for hiking and out doors all round great boots
