2. How long does it take to deliver?
On average it takes 7-15 business days for the order to arrive. However, some major holidays such as Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's day; there will be some delivery delays to all international destinations. However we send all international parcels via a tracked express shipping service so vou will be able to check on the progress of your order while in transit.

These are my first fitviille shoes and let me tell you I searched night and day for shoes that. Would go with my swelling feet whilst I did physio. To get my mobility up and running ( I was in hospital with GUILLEN BARRÉ SYNDROME -if you're reading my review please look up the illness; it's rare but can happen to anyone) so whilst on hospital my feet where huge and wouldn't fit into other shoes. I researched shoes that would be good for swelling, mobility.. you name it. I looked it up and these shoes came up and I am super happy with them. They have survived months of physio and Months of being "modified" with wedges/AFOs/splints. They are still in amazing condition. My only regret was I bought them in purple. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, but they don't go with everything and being that they are the only shoes I've been able to wear in the past 4/5 months I should've chosen a more universal colour 😅. I have praised these shoes to everyone. They are amazing in every way and I have tried ordering shoes "specifically made" for people who use splints and they didn't fit! These shoes have put done themselves and I'm only on the website to order another set of shoes and thought I will write a review because they are comfy and thanks to them I have my mobility back.
I received a replacement pair of trainers from the company; at no extra cost to me. The trainers are very lightweight, and very very comfortable.
It is good to receive a wide fit shoe when actually advertised as wide. These trainers are good value and a good wide fit. Very good, helpful company when I contacted them.
Ordered my normal size (7) of these great, lightweight, flexible, stylish black trainers but unfortunately they were way too big. FitVille customer service team were pretty quick at replying via email and sent a smaller size (6) at no extra cost to me! The new trainers arrived still slightly on the large side sadly but with double socks will be ok🤞. They are wonderfully wide not crushing my toes and are comfy for my Plantar fasciitis, typical nurses feet sadly! The orginal pair were donated to a local hospice charity as FitVille didn’t require them back.
