2. How long does it take to deliver?
On average it takes 7-15 business days for the order to arrive. However, some major holidays such as Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's day; there will be some delivery delays to all international destinations. However we send all international parcels via a tracked express shipping service so vou will be able to check on the progress of your order while in transit.

These are my first fitviille shoes and let me tell you I searched night and day for shoes that. Would go with my swelling feet whilst I did physio. To get my mobility up and running ( I was in hospital with GUILLEN BARRÉ SYNDROME -if you're reading my review please look up the illness; it's rare but can happen to anyone) so whilst on hospital my feet where huge and wouldn't fit into other shoes. I researched shoes that would be good for swelling, mobility.. you name it. I looked it up and these shoes came up and I am super happy with them. They have survived months of physio and Months of being "modified" with wedges/AFOs/splints. They are still in amazing condition. My only regret was I bought them in purple. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, but they don't go with everything and being that they are the only shoes I've been able to wear in the past 4/5 months I should've chosen a more universal colour 😅. I have praised these shoes to everyone. They are amazing in every way and I have tried ordering shoes "specifically made" for people who use splints and they didn't fit! These shoes have put done themselves and I'm only on the website to order another set of shoes and thought I will write a review because they are comfy and thanks to them I have my mobility back.
I'm a guy with small feet, and a problem I have with Fitville is the men's sizes start with too big a size: size 7 usually. So I bought these women's shoes, at a size 6. They're absolutely unisex in style and fit amazingly well. I'm considering buying another pair definitely.

The shoes are very good,they do come a little big but I need to put my own insole. I am a very difficult customer as I have a lot of issues with me feet and ankles. Arthritis, bone cysts,hypermobility and neuropathy......
These shoes are excellent in assisting the bodies alignment. So I am really chuffed that I can wear them. I will definitely order again. Thank you fitville
