On average it takes 7-15 business days for the order to arrive. However, some major holidays such as Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's day; there will be some delivery delays to all international destinations. These shoes do run large, I am a 5.5 and ordered a 5 which is perfect.
When I first tried these on I found the footbed to be really comfortable. However, due to the shape of my feet, the tongue didn't feel comfortable. I contacted customer services, who were happy for me to return them, but offered me a significant discount if I kept the shoes. This was offered because of the carbon footprint of returning the shoes. I was pleasantly surprised, and I ended up keeping the shoes so that I could try to modify them to make them more comfortable, which I now don't mind doing as I've had a significant partial refund. Happy days!
Very nice comfortable walking shoes
They have been comfortable from the start, i bought these for dog walking as i have been getting plantar fasciitis pain and they have been so good, i wear them everywhere now, very pleased I bought them, hadn’t heard of fitville before so a little worried but the price was so reasonable i too a chance and very glad I did! They are a wide fit which is good for my feet.
